This page applies to MicroQuote, a mobile app developed by Lagari Group (Pty) Ltd, and explains how to request deletion of the personal data associated with your account.
2. How To Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, email us from the address associated with your MicroQuote account:
Please include the subject line "MicroQuote Data Deletion Request" and the email address or account identifier used with the app. We process requests within 30 days and will confirm by email once complete.
3. What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account removes your purchase and subscription records held by our payments processor, RevenueCat, including:
- Subscription status and entitlement history.
- Purchase and transaction records linked to your account.
4. What Is Not Affected
MicroQuote stores your quotes, client records, and business data locally on your device. This data is not sent to our servers, so a deletion request does not remove it. To remove on-device data, uninstall the app from your device.
